Meditation / Morning Yoga.
Join us in the stillness of the morning for a guided or ‘checking’ meditation practice.
The yoga practice will consist of the four cleansing breath routines designed for detoxifying and purifying the body. There will be some gentle stretching, together with explanation on health benefits. We also get to salute the morning sun – a great way to start your day on a high!
(Suitable for ALL levels, including beginners)
