We run five styles of yoga ……
PowerYoga Flow
Caroline’s PowerYoga Flow class is one of her most popular classes, a typical class includes grounding or switching off from the day, joint mobility work, which may include a full back ‘MOT’, pranayama (breath work) to set the mind and body in harmony followed by creative vinyasa flow.
Five Elements
The Five Elements Form is a very ancient yoga practice, which focuses on purification, healing and energising the body, mind and spirit. If you are looking for a ‘therapeutic’ style of yoga, this is the class Caroline would highly recommend for you to take.
Qigong Yoga
Qigong Yoga Flow is a form of energy cultivation. Qi in Chinese means ‘life energy’ and ‘gong’ to cultivate.Qigong is considered one of the pillars of Chinese medicine, but also the basis of all Chinese martial arts, which draws its principles from Daoism and Buddhism.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a wonderful complement to our Yang-focused, busy modern lifestyle and allows the body and mind a chance to re-set and heal naturally.
Budokon
Budokon Yoga is a more ‘athletic’ style of Yoga that helps to improve mobility and to build strength by combining yoga with elements of martial arts, calisthenics and animal locomotion.
Class etiquette
The class starts at the advertised time, so arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to settle yourself down and prepare for the class.
